Lee McMillan was called to the bar in Alberta in 2016. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2010 from Carleton University in Ottawa, obtaining the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

He graduated from McGill University Faculty of Law in Montreal in 2014, earning degrees in both the English common law and French civil law.

His current focus is in corporate/commercial litigation, estate litigation, Metis/First Nations' claims, class actions, municipal land disputes, and litigation finance.

William S. Klym

Bill Klym received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 1973. He has been practicing law in Calgary for over 40 years, having been admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1974. He has appeared at all levels of Court, including the Court of Queen's Bench, Federal Court, and Supreme Court of Canada. 

He was co-counsel in the seminal Charter case of The Queen v. Big-M Drug Mart. He has been plaintiff's counsel in class actions such as ​Hobsbawn v. AtcoAllen v. Direct Energy​, and ​Subramaniam v. Westborough Developments.

Other notable cases include: Ansell v. TD Bank (breach of trust), Nixon v. RCMP (negligent investigation), Loeppky v. Calgary Police Service, and Windsor v. Canadian Pacific Railway (environmental contamination).
